FORGOT PASSWORD?
Don't worry — forgetting your password happens to everyone. The 918kiss new password reset process is straightforward, secure, and can be completed in just a few minutes. All you need is access to the Malaysian phone number you registered with.
On the 918kiss new login page, click the "Forgot password?" link found below the password field. You will be directed to the password reset page.
Enter the Malaysia phone number you used when registering your 918kiss new account. The system will send an OTP code to that number within seconds.
Enter the OTP code received via SMS and create a strong new password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for maximum security.
Once your new password is saved, you can log straight in to your 918kiss new account using your new credentials. The entire process takes less than 3 minutes.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
Account security is a shared responsibility. 918kiss new deploys the latest security technology — and you can help protect your account with these simple practices.
Create a password with at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse the same password from your other accounts — especially your Touch 'n Go e-wallet or Maybank2u banking account that you use for deposits. Change your 918kiss new password every 3–6 months.
The Malaysian phone number you registered with at 918kiss new serves as an important security layer — it is used for OTP verification when logging in from a new device and during the password reset process. Make sure the number remains active and that only you have access to that SIM card.
918kiss new will never ask for your account password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any message requesting your login details on behalf of 918kiss new, ignore it and report it to us immediately at support@918kissnew.com — it is a phishing attempt.
If you're accessing your 918kiss new account from a public computer, a friend's computer, or any shared device, make sure you log out completely when you're done. Do not click "Remember me" on devices that aren't yours. Logging out also invalidates any active session tokens.
Public Wi-Fi at cafes, shopping malls, or LRT stations can expose your data to unknown third parties. If you need to log in to your 918kiss new account on a public network, use your mobile data connection or make sure you are connected through a trusted VPN to keep your login details safe.
918kiss new sends email or SMS notifications for every login from a new device, as well as every deposit or withdrawal transaction processed. If you receive a notification for activity you did not initiate, change your password immediately and contact our support team to temporarily freeze your account.
LOGIN GUIDE
Logging in to your 918kiss new account is your gateway to the most complete online casino entertainment experience in Malaysia. Whether you're a long-time player who's been with our platform for years, or someone who just registered and is ready to try it for the first time — the 918kiss new login process is designed to be as simple and fast as possible without compromising security.
Many Malaysian players access their 918kiss new account several times a day — in the morning before work to check the latest badminton or football betting odds, during lunch breaks to spin a few rounds of slots on their phone, and in the evening after work for a longer Live Casino session. The 918kiss new platform is optimised for all device types and screen sizes — from Android and iOS smartphones and tablets to laptops and desktops.
918kiss new offers two main login methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. You can log in using the username you chose during registration, or with the Malaysian phone number you registered with. Both methods require the same password for verification — it's simply a matter of how you prefer to identify your account.
For players accessing from their personal device who do not share it with anyone, the "Remember me" option can be enabled to make future logins more convenient. When activated, the 918kiss new system will securely save your login session for a set period — so you won't need to re-enter your username and password every time you open the platform.
The 918kiss new login process is designed with two often competing needs in mind — convenience and security. On one hand, Malaysian players want a quick, hassle-free login. On the other, an account holding a MYR balance and personal information requires solid protection.
918kiss new addresses this with several layers of protection. First, all communication between your browser or app and the 918kiss new servers is encrypted with 256-bit SSL — the same security standard used by Malaysia's major banks such as Maybank and CIMB. This means your password and session details cannot be intercepted, even if someone attempts to monitor your network traffic.
Second, 918kiss new uses an anomaly detection system that monitors login patterns. If the system detects unusual login activity — such as an attempt from a location very different from your usual one, or multiple failed password attempts — it will require additional verification via SMS OTP before granting access. This protects your account even if your password has somehow been compromised.
In certain situations, your 918kiss new account may be temporarily locked — for example, after several incorrect password attempts, following a suspicious login attempt, or if our security team needs to verify something related to your account. Don't panic — this is an automatic protection mechanism put in place for your safety.
If your account is locked, the first step is to wait 30 minutes and try logging in again. If it remains locked, contact the 918kiss new Bahasa Malaysia support team via live chat or email at support@918kissnew.com, providing your username and registered phone number. Our team will verify your identity and restore access to your account promptly.
918kiss new is a platform built specifically for Malaysian players. If you're a Malaysian player currently overseas — for example, travelling to Thailand, Singapore, or another country — you may find that access to 918kiss new is restricted based on your IP location.
In situations like this, using a trusted VPN with a Malaysian server can help you access the platform. However, do note that all financial transactions — deposits and withdrawals — must still be made through active Malaysian payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX. 918kiss new does not support foreign payment methods.
If you have any questions or issues logging in to your 918kiss new account — whether from Malaysia or from abroad — our Bahasa Malaysia support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Malaysian public holidays. We're here to make sure your experience with 918kiss new is always smooth and enjoyable.
