We are a team dedicated to delivering a safe, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience for Malaysian players. From slots to Sports Betting — 918kiss new is built for you.
WHO WE ARE
918kiss new is more than just another online casino platform. It's the result of years of understanding what Malaysian players truly want – and more importantly, what they deserve. We started in 2018 with a clear vision: to build an online entertainment platform genuinely made for the Malaysian market, not simply a foreign platform put through a literal translation.
Over more than seven years in operation, 918kiss new has grown from a platform with a few hundred games into a full entertainment ecosystem featuring over 500 slots, live table games with real dealers, Sports Betting covering badminton, cricket, football including the Malaysia Super League and EPL, and progressive jackpots that grow in value every single day.
What sets us apart isn't just the number of games or the size of our bonuses. It's how we make decisions – from selecting only internationally certified game providers, to building a payment system designed around local Malaysian methods like Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Every aspect of 918kiss new is shaped by one question: is this the best it can be for our Malaysian players?
Today, with over 250,000 active members from Perlis to Sabah and Sarawak, the trust of Malaysia's player community in 918kiss new is the most meaningful measure of our success. And we're not stopping here – the 918kiss new team works every day to make your experience better, safer, and more enjoyable.
OUR JOURNEY
The platform launched with an initial library of 120 slot games, focused on Peninsular Malaysian players. The first deposit system accepted FPX payments via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
918kiss new introduced its Live Casino section with real dealers for baccarat, blackjack, and roulette. Membership reached 50,000 for the first time.
Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay were added as deposit and withdrawal methods, doubling the convenience for Malaysian players who are increasingly moving to e-wallets.
The Sports Betting section launched with coverage of badminton, cricket, and football. The first progressive jackpot was paid out to a player from Ipoh, worth RM 340,000.
A four-tier VIP system — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — was introduced, giving loyal players cashback of up to 30%, a dedicated personal account manager, and exclusive rewards.
918kiss new reached a new milestone with over 500 games from 18 certified providers and an active member community exceeding 250,000 players across Malaysia.
OUR EDGE
Six reasons why 918kiss new is the top choice for online entertainment in Malaysia — not just claims, but commitments you can test for yourself.
918kiss new operates under a valid gambling licence and uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and your personal data. All games run on independently certified RNG systems — no manipulation, no tricks.
918kiss new's game library covers video slots, progressive jackpots, Megaways, live table games, fishing games, and Sports Betting — all from certified providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Playtech, and Microgaming.
Deposits and withdrawals use the payment methods Malaysians rely on most – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. All transactions are in MYR with no hidden fees.
From a 100% welcome bonus of up to RM 500 for new members, to weekly cashback, weekend reload bonuses, and a four-tier VIP Rewards Programme – 918kiss new ensures every player always gets more value.
The entire 918kiss new platform runs smoothly on any Android or iOS mobile device with no additional app download required. Graphics and animations are optimised for smaller screens without compromising visual quality.
The 918kiss new Bahasa Melayu customer support team is available any time – day or night, weekdays or weekends, even on the eve of public holidays. Fast responses in the Malaysian language you understand.
OUR CORE VALUES
Behind every feature, every game, and every promotion we offer – there are core values that have remained unchanged since 918kiss new first launched.
We never compromise on data security or game integrity. Your trust is our most valuable asset.
Bonus terms, RTP values, and our policies are written in plain language so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
We're building a community of Malaysian players who support one another – not just an anonymous user database.
We continuously seek out and integrate the latest gaming technology so your experience always feels fresh and exciting.
We take responsible gaming seriously and provide self-control tools to help you play in a healthy way.
Our minimum standard is to exceed your expectations – in game quality, payout speed, and customer service.
When you hear the name 918kiss new, slots and jackpots are probably the first things that come to mind. And yes, those are part of what we offer. But ask anyone on our team, and the more honest answer is this: we are in the business of trust. Games are just the medium — trust is the real product we deliver every single day.
This might sound overly philosophical for an online casino platform. But consider the perspective of a player depositing their first ringgit into a platform they can never physically touch. They can't see the gaming tables in person, they can't hold their winnings before they withdraw – they have to trust that the platform they've chosen will be fair, will pay out their winnings, and will protect their personal information. 918kiss new understands the weight of that trust and takes it seriously.
Every transaction on 918kiss new — whether it is a RM 20 deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet or a RM 50,000 withdrawal to a DuitNow account — is processed through infrastructure protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. This is the same encryption standard used by Malaysia's major banks, including Maybank and CIMB. Your card or bank account details are never stored on our servers — every transaction is processed directly through a separate, licensed payment gateway.
On game integrity, 918kiss new only accepts titles from providers that have undergone independent testing by bodies such as eCOGRA or iTech Labs. This means every slot, every table game, and every spin is genuinely random — there is no way for 918kiss new or any party to influence the outcome. The RTP values displayed for each game are independently verified figures, not numbers we came up with ourselves.
There's a reason 918kiss new made the decision early on to focus exclusively on Malaysian players – and it goes beyond commercial motives. Malaysia is a unique market with its own needs, preferences, and culture that set it apart from neighbouring countries. Malaysian players are most comfortable with a Bahasa Melayu interface. They use Touch 'n Go eWallet for nearly everything in their daily lives and expect the same deposit options on their entertainment platforms. They follow sports like badminton and cricket that rarely get adequate coverage on international platforms.
With an exclusive focus on Malaysia, 918kiss new is able to make sharper decisions about what truly matters. When we add a new payment method, we always start with what's most relevant to Malaysian users – which is why Boost and ShopeePay were added ahead of many international options. When we add new games, priority goes to providers with Asia-themed titles and culturally familiar content that resonates with local players.
This approach also means our customer support team speaks Malay natively – not through translation. When players from Kedah or Kelantan reach out, they're speaking with someone who genuinely understands their context, dialect, and way of communicating. This isn't just a convenience – it's a mark of respect for our users.
Not every game out there makes the cut for 918kiss new's library. Our game selection team evaluates every title against strict criteria: first, the provider must hold a valid licence and a clean track record. Second, the game must have an independently verified RTP that is displayed transparently to players. Third, the graphics quality and user experience must meet current mobile standards, since the majority of Malaysian players game on smartphones.
The result is a collection of 500+ games that you can play with complete confidence. From Gates of Olympus – a global phenomenon – to Mahjong Ways by PG Soft, which resonates deeply with Southeast Asian players, every title in the 918kiss new collection is there because it passed our quality standards, not just to pad the numbers.
We also care deeply about local sports coverage. Badminton betting at 918kiss new spans tournaments on the BWF circuit including the All England and World Championships – where Malaysian players like Lee Zii Jia and local mixed doubles pairs are often in the spotlight. Football coverage includes the Malaysia Super League, Malaysia FA Cup, and the EPL with competitive odds. International T20 cricket covers matches featuring teams from regions popular among Malaysian fans.
One of the things we are most proud of at 918kiss new is our commitment to responsible gaming — not merely as a licence requirement, but as a core value we genuinely believe in. We know that online entertainment can become a problem for some players if left unchecked, and we take that responsibility seriously.
That is why 918kiss new provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools that players can use at any time: daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that players set themselves; session time limits with automatic notifications; temporary or permanent self-exclusion options; and easy access to problem gambling support resources. We also train our support team to recognise signs of problem gambling and reach out in a sensitive, non-judgmental way.
Although 918kiss new has reached many milestones since 2018, we still see ourselves as just getting started. The Malaysian online casino market continues to grow, gaming technology keeps evolving, and player expectations keep rising – and we have no intention of simply going with the flow. Our goal is to always stay one step ahead.
In the years ahead, you'll see 918kiss new expanding its game collection with more locally inspired titles that reflect Malaysian culture, adding new payment methods in step with Malaysia's growing fintech ecosystem, and strengthening the VIP Rewards Programme with more meaningful redemption options. We are also in the process of developing a more immersive live casino experience with a high-production studio setup.
All of this is driven by one ultimate goal that hasn't changed since day one: to be the most trusted, safest, and most enjoyable online entertainment platform for Malaysian players. Thank you for being part of this journey.
